Stephanie and her husband Zachary Betters co-founded a real estate investment company called Betters Homes of the Carolinas in 2015 based out of Charlotte, North Carolina. As active real estate investors, they were constantly searching for new quality lead sources to feed their growing fix/flip company. Stephanie headed up the marketing arm of Betters Homes of the Carolinas and lead marketing efforts for print media along with digital media. When she developed a successful, reproducible way to market on Facebook and Instagram things took off and she has now set out to bring these methods across the country to other real estate investors and their markets.
